Single screw floating fish feed pellet extruder machine is feed extrusion equipment designed for producing various shapes with customizable molds. The product outlet features a variable frequency rotary cutting device that allows adjustment of blade rotation speed to control cutting speed and length. Production Process
The extruded feed production line involves feeding raw materials into the single screw fish feed extruder machine through continuous mixing, conditioning (wet process), heating, pressurization, extrusion of die holes, sudden depressurization, and cutting into segments to create fluffy, porous particles.
