Core Component Inspection: Timely detection of wear and potential malfunctions. After cleaning, conduct a comprehensive inspection of key components: The screw of the single screw floating fish feed extruder machine must be free of wear and deformation. If the screw thread wear exceeds 2mm or is deformed, it must be replaced immediately, otherwise it will affect the extrusion pressure and expansion effect; the wear-resistant bushing on the inner wall of the extrusion chamber must be smooth and free of scratches. Regular Maintenance: Extending the service life of the equipment. A targeted maintenance plan should be developed based on the operating time of the single screw floating fish feed machine: Every 500 hours of operation, the lubricating oil in the drive motor, screw bearings, and other transmission components should be changed to ensure smooth transmission; every 1000 hours of operation, the wear-resistant bushing of the extrusion chamber should be replaced; every 2000 hours of operation, the screw should be replaced. When the equipment is idle for an extended period, the interior should be thoroughly cleaned, and a layer of food-grade anti-rust oil should be applied to the surfaces of metal components such as the screw and extrusion chamber to prevent corrosion. In addition, pressure and temperature monitoring instruments should be calibrated regularly to ensure accurate data; electrical wiring should be inspected to prevent short circuits caused by aging wiring.
